The problem
Muscle IQ had two registered massage therapists, a private treatment room on Leitrim Road, and a Squarespace site that hid all of it behind a broken mobile menu. Patients could not book online, gift cards were not sold, and the site did not read as a regulated health clinic. Most visitors bounced before they ever saw Nicole's credentials or the clinic hours.
- Stock template with no differentiation in a crowded Ottawa RMT market.
- Mobile menu failed, so phone users could not navigate.
- No online booking; every appointment required a phone call during business hours.
- No gift cards; missed sales at holidays and birthdays.
The build
We built a custom, mobile-first site around the patient journey: identify the pain, meet the therapist, pick the treatment, book. Jane App handles booking and receipts. A stress-level slider helps visitors choose the right session length. The therapist profiles put credentials up front, because patients choose an RMT based on trust.
- Custom cinematic design, not a template, built for mobile-first booking.
- Integrated Jane online booking with 24/7 appointment scheduling.
- Digital gift cards with instant email delivery.
- Stress-level recommendation tool to guide session choice.
- Physio-bio pages for Nicole Frampton, RMT and Christina Rawlings, RMT.
- Local SEO, schema, and Google Business Profile alignment for "massage therapy Ottawa."
The visible result
The site books appointments around the clock. Patients buy gift cards, pick a session with the stress slider, and book without calling. The clinic finally looks as credible as the care.
- 24/7 online booking replaces phone-only scheduling.
- Gift-card sales run automatically.
- Clear pricing and therapist bios build trust before the first visit.
